Junior Development Program
Our Junior program focuses on the positivities of outdoor fun, exercise and positive relationships of sport and social development.
Our Juniors regardless if they are sprinters or distance focus on fundamentals of training. Warmups, drills, technique while creating a fun, safe environment. Many of are activities are game based, and coach led. Often you will see the coach mingling and running with the juniors.
Typically our Junior Sprinting Programs is run on Monday nights at 5PM. The Junior Distance Program is run on Monday nights at 6PM from various locations. Please contact the coach Darl Sutherland for more information email@example.com
