I’ve always loved running, ever since I was a little girl. But I got into running through my mom, as she was training for multiple races around our hometown. I run because it gives me a reason to get up and get moving throughout the day, and the post run endorphins are the best feeling in the world to me. In the future I’d like to attend a university with a fairly decent cross country and track team, but close enough to home that I can still train with all my friends. I recently placed 5th at the Kawartha Cross Country race and hope to qualify for OFSAA by my senior year.
In a relatively short period of time Faith has displayed tremendous potential. Within a few short months Faith has dramatically improved. Recently Faith also participated in the OCAA College field placing 38th against a field with athletes over 10 years her senior. Faith also qualified for her first appearance in the 800m and 1500m at Eastern Regionals.
